Against Animal Abuse

Here are a selection of badges worn by compassionate people to show their opposition to cruelty to animals. The Battle of Stagden Cross took place on January 23rd 1993 when Essex Foxhounds supporters tried to stop opponents using Public Footpaths near the hunt. With 200 hunt saboteurs trying to enforce the law by keeping the footpaths open there were clashes and the hunt ended up bottled up in a farm yard. That day is described in Outfoxed Again (2017).
